Returns and exchanges
The product must be returned to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition. Opened products are not eligible for a refund or exchange, regardless of whether a wrong product was sent. If the product is found to be defective after opening it, you will get a full refund or exchange after inspection. Please do not dispose of the product or packaging. You may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging.
Exchange and return of goods
We guarantee a full refund or exchange under the following terms provided that you submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
To apply for a return or exchange, please contact us (66903033) with your name, email address, contact number, order number and reason for return. From here, we will inform you of your return approval and return address. Please note that in order to receive a replacement, exchange or return, the item must be returned to us within 14 days, and the return will be issued after it has been inspected in our warehouse.
- Incorrect Product: All orders are selected and checked before dispatch. In the very rare event that an incorrect item was shipped, please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will exchange the product. Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original resalable sealed condition. Opened products, regardless of their authenticity in shipment, are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Shipping Damage: Although great care is taken in the shipping process, if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team to assess the damage and work toward a solution. Please do not dispose of the product or packaging. The delivery box and damaged goods must be kept. You may be asked to provide a photo of the product and delivery packaging to inspect the damage claim and expedite resolution.
- Wrong or Defective Product: If the product is found to be defective after opening, a full refund or exchange will be provided after inspection. Please do not dispose of the product or packaging. Contact us with a detailed description of the product defect and a photo.
- Personal Taste: We highly suggest that you try a fragrance or beauty product before purchasing from us. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any issues related to personal taste or fragrances that may smell different than something previously purchased or worn. It is important that you do your own research about a fragrance to make sure it is exactly what you are looking for. Opened products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Abuse or Neglect: We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund in the event of abuse or neglect.
